Wedding 101 is a discussion only class that will cover the basics of stacking, pillaring, and delivery for multi-tier cakes. Bring a pad of paper and something to write with if you like to take notes! During class, the instructor will show you the different types of dowels, boards, and plates to assemble a tiered cake with. You'll also look at different forms of packaging cakes in boxes for transport and finally go over helpful tips for keeping your cake car safe!
