This class will demonstrate the different fondants and gum pastes to use for the various techniques, as well as the tools needed for proper shaping. You'll learn how to make custom drapes as well as how to layer them across a tiered cake, and you'll learn different ruffling skills to fill a tier with a fluffy, layered look.
